tcl 21106 auto shutdown

help lang po, newbie po, 
me problema po ang tv namin, auto on and off po nangyayari eh, software lang po ba problema nito? o ung mga buttons sa harapan ng tv? kapag bukas ko ng tv, maya maya mag on and off siya, intermittent po.. maari nyo po ba ako iguide sa mga gagawin ko?

baka maka tulong.Ano ba ung tv mo flat screen o yung may tube sa likod? ngyn since off and on yan sigurado ko power supply.Check mo power supply. Intayin din natin yung feed back ng iba

dahil tcl model yan,,,
try to hinang/float lahat ng tact's switch/button ng tv mu..
then e power up ulit ang tv..
observed kng may pagbabago ba...
kng di na namamatay ay palitan ang mga buttons...
pero kng same pa rin ay pwde ng eeprom issues na yan
